100% CPU USAGE ON PANORAMA SCREEN (LOBBY) - LOW FPS - FPS DROP

After an update the CPU usage is 100% on Panorama screen. FPS in game is the same but the FPS on Panorama is so low that I couldn't click ACCEPT when a match was found. This has been happening for the last few days. It's not anything about me, it's definitely something about the panorama screen. Also, sometimes I see a lot of red error messages on the console. Any idea why this happens and how to fix it? Thanks

I might have found a temporary solution. In csgo/panorama there is a folder named "videos". If you change the folder name most stuff on the interface disappears and the FPS increases. However you need to open a map from console and leave for the interface to appear. I wanted to revert the folder name back to "videos" because I had a suspicion of LOW TRUST FACTOR. When I reverted the folder name it was still 20 FPS on panorama screen but at least it is working.

So, if you're having this problem you might try this:

1. Find Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\panorama\videos .

2. Change the folder name to something else.

3. Start the game. If you're fine with how it is you can still play like this.

(You might need to open the console and type for example: "map de_dust2" and then
"disconnect" when it opens.)

If not,

4. Quit the game.

5. Change the folder name to "videos" again.

6. Start the game and see if your problem is solved.

But I can't go back to lobby cuz after pressing esc nothing comes though my fps has increased slightly
