kicking the enemy team?

yo boys, i've just played a comp and one of my mates started a teamvote. I did not realize the guy to be kicked was in the enemy team, anyway 2 f1's were all it needed to kick him. Now i've seen the same thing in casual, some1 from enemy team made a kick request for one of my teammates. Is this a glitch or am I missing something?

Switch side start vote kick, switch side again.

ah yeah true that. And what about the comp game, how the guy in my team made a kick request for one of the enemies and made him get kicked?

Is it really competitive? Or its from a community server or faceit or esea since i dont know if what you are saying is possible because im sure its impossible on valves comp.

This is impossible to do in competitive.

ye it was a comp, normal MM Dust 2, just happened like 2 hours ago. Basically, the guy in my team started a vote, I didn't even realize at first that the guy to be kicked was in the enemy team. Anyway when i saw the votekick passed i realized the guy was actually in the enemy team LOL. And only 2 f1's were needed to make him kicked. Idk, maybe a glitch or a feature of some cheat?

ye i've saw those from sparkles but what happened in my game was just a normal votekick where the guy to be kicked was an enemy. The vote got 2 positive votes and the guy in the enemy team got kicked and they got a bot LOL.

My theory and analysis is that 2 simoultaneous votes, both on enemy AND allied team occured. I also noticed that the vote UI sometimes magically dissapears during a vote (for kicking you, or an ally), even though the vote continues (also the "f1" and "f2" corresponding sounds are not audible anymore). In conclusion, the vote on your side failed, and on the enemy team, it succeded. It's a pure coincidence from my POV.

Now, this is a thing that happend to me too (back in the days when i wasnt banned ofc) had the same thing happen and it was a coincidence

i got what u mean, but that s not the case because in my POV the votekick wasn't disappeared, it was present on the screen, it got positive votes, "Vote passed!" and the enemy guy got kicked, "dude disconnected [Voted Off] so they got the bot. I swear i was not drunk, is there a way to see it again by downloading the demo or it will just show the game without showing the kickvote UI?

I know this is an old thread but it happend to me 40 minutes ago, i was streaming and i have it clipped. Sadly my banners are on top of the votekick but you can still see it if you advence frame by frame. I voted to kick my teammate who was trolling and lose the vote 1 to 3, but it was accepted anyways and latter on I saw the name of the enemy being voted and kicked!!!!!!
