Disconnected by VAC: You cannot play on secure servers

It says I cannot play in VAC servers and the only ban I have is in H1Z1, I basically shut down my whole pc, and installed csgo steam whatever and this type of error never showed to me, I can't play even valve deathmatch I tried everything and I know I don't have any kind of program that blocks it, and I checked 30 times a day :p pls help?

User discovered solutions

• Copy SteamService.dll from SteamFolder\bin to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Steam > Run steam as admin.
  
• Use the latest version of steam client beta if one is available (Steam > Settings > Beta Participation > Drop down list > Restart Steam)

Common solutions

• Restart your computer
  
• Run steam with administrative privilege
  
• Check the integrity of local files
  
• Repair the Steam Service.
  Start > Run > "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\SteamService.exe" /repair
  
• Disable CCcleaner / Powershell / Sandboxie / Cheat Engine / IObit Start Menu 8 / Process Hacker / DLL Injectors / Hypervisors / Steam Idlers
