Remove Cooldown cs go

I played fine until round 13 in competitive on dust 2 after my wireless went off because of the storm and i reset it and i cant connect to it

so, and why should valve remove your cooldown? you left the game, so you earned a cooldown. nothing wrong with that.

Incidents like internet-cut happen, and 30 mins and 2 hours cooldown should only be used for such unexpected/emergency. The problem is, you already used your 30 mins, 2 hours, and 24 hours.
Solution? You should not abandon game outside of unexpected/emergency.

You have a VAC ban, not an in game cooldown.

That is known bug since CS GO was created, that even if you restart your PC very fast, sometimes you are not able to reconnect anymore...
