I have googled 2 short beeps and it says you have road runner issues.

Solution :
Open Control Panel.
Click on System and Security.
Click on Administrative Tools.
Double-click the Windows Memory Diagnostic shortcut.
Click the Restart now and check problems option.
Go with Irene's answer first.

Look up your computer model, and look up beeps, that's uselly a beep code for telling you what's wrong with the system, whenever I hear them it's a failing harddrive.
Csgo might be installed on the failing section of the drive.
I have csgo installed on HDD but steam is installed on SSD.
I don't mean it's windows fault but i updated windows a week ago and it just started happening when i updated
Mmm, csgo works best on the main drive the is system is on, at least for laptops that is, do Irene's suggestion first then put csgo on the ssd.

1) If you use AMD, go in Radeon setings and disable AMD Chill and all that stuff. Disbale CSGO profile unless you need it to do something specific for you

2) In Windows, Disable all your Accessbility settings. Disable Narrator. Google how to disable all of that.

Bonus Tip : Vibrance GUI will go upto 300% on AMD Radeon cards. Once you use it in CS GO, you will never go back. Nvidia does not have this option, but on the other hand, Nvidia GPU Scaling feature is solid. :)

Hmmm are you using a laptop?

Some laptops have their custom beep codes when the display is having some issues, e.g. fps is out of range.

If it is ram, try this,
Take 1 ram stick out start up computer and test, same issue, try the other stick, if it works without issue then you have a faulty stick.

Also start up the computer in safe mode and run the game and see if it works alright. Might be a bad program or driver.

What is your full system specs including drives and ram.

I just recently replaced a hyper X ram card. But the one I replaced was a red fury.

You only have one though, do you have any other ram sticks to test with?

Check to see which startup programs are running that may be interfering. It could be your audio driver, your headset driver, mouse, keyboard. It could be a number of things.

Try starting another DirectX 9 application in Fullscreen.
Try CS GO Vanilla setings, no launch options, no config.

Eliminate each possibility until you find the issue.
