Lootbear is for sure legitimate. You can say what you want about it, but they have been around for years and if they just wanted to scam and make a quick buck, they would have done so already as they have more than enough traction to do so.

I have over $3000 worth of inventory being rented out, and it is paying for itself. That's the end of it. You can buy a $200 skin and rent it out, and after a good while, it will pay for itself and you either reinvest in other skins or take the money and buy yourself a treat.

It would make no sense for them to scam the population as they make a ton of money with their current business model.

I have yet to have anything stolen. I have yet to have any negative experience. Just sitting back and letting my csgo skins make me money. Be as cynical as you want, but at the end of the day its not a scam, just a great site.

Really just your loss than. You could be making money on a game you do not even play anymore. I know I am making money doing it. Have multiple guns being rented currently and have gad no issues from lootbear or users.

At least for me it is not a 3% the market value of the skin. To be honest it does change quite a bit and lootbear still today has a lot of bugs/errors. Still dopplers not categorized correctly not only ruby or sapphires as well a phase 4 for example can appear as a phase 2 it happens with the shadow daggers. I have about 10 K dollars on skins and I get about 20 dollars a month. Not all the skins get rented but I have about 20 skins rented more or less continuedly and I sell the ones which never get rented and try to get more popular ones.

That said, for example now my m4a1 blue phosphor (I have 3) it's being rented and it does say renting price it's 1080 dollars. Plus another 18 items and still I might just make 20 dollars a month when if it was a 3% I will be doing at least 60 dollars.

You can just instruct your bank to not give out funds, especially if it's against a credit/debit card. The stupidity of people thinking renting out skins is somehow feasible is beyond staggering. Just stay away, you WILL be scammed.

Ruby karambit goes for what, £10k? you need to get a credit check run against you for far far lower purchases if you want to get credit, be it home appliances, washing machine or a used car. Do you seriously believe some legit site will "rent" you a 10k item against an ID? If you decide to not pay, it's literally impossible to enforce payment. Steam ToS clearly states that inventory belongs to the account. Once you have it, it's impossible to get steam to revert or re-assign, you can just send it to another account after 7 days and then what lol.

i dont want to rent skins. and you didnt get my point. IF YOUR WILLING TO RENT/ GET SKINS YOU GOTTA GIVE THEM YOUR REAL IDENTITY AND A SELFEY OF YOURSELF !!!!!! i got real friends that did it and they got 200$ from their ruby knifes. keep in mind its impossible to get fake ID's and trick them since you gotta take a selfey. if you steal the skin legal action will be taken on you and the site will charge back 100% market price of the skin

the site been around for years and its legit. i dont use it but my friends do

So ive been renting out some skins on lootbear and it did work fine and i did get a payout to paypal in total 200$ over the last 5 months, BUT they do NOT give you the 3% per month promised form the rent out price but from the avg 60 day buy price and that usually is 30+% lower then the rent price on lootbear.

Also as far as i saw in the terms of service its against the steam ToS to try and get a monetary profit of your skins in one way or another, so as far as i understand correctly, if valve wants to they could just ban my account, lootbear bot accounts and the one who rented out the item because all accounts involved were trying to get profit of of csgo/cs2 skins.

and thats why i withdrew most of them up until now and will withdraw all of them when theyre back because i dont want to loose any of my money on that just to make a semi quick buck.

the calculation for the profit is literally just: "item 60day avg price on lootbear"*3%/30

thats the payout a skin generates per day if rented out
