Why is VAC so bad?

This game is getting horrible with cheaters, Why isn't Valve dealing with them ASAP?
`Making CS:GO free` which smart guy had this Idea

Man i played league of legends for a lot, wallhack doesnt help you if you dont have a skill in that game, and maybe 1 in a 1,000,000 had this hack, and he would get banned instantly in a few games, you cant compare riot games and VAC. I can send you a froum with hacks and you can find like 5 cheats for CS:GO undetected and valve probably knows for that sites and they still do nothing, like they care about you, just buy skins and they are happy

We can end the argument easily, create a new csgo account. count the spinners and semi-ragers. Create a new r6 account. Create a new Riot account. If all the anti-cheats are equal then we won't have any difference in the numbers! :D

Steam or valve just need to made an agreement with outside anti cheats like easy anti cheat and similar, way better and harder to cheat.

And in R6 you get your ranked points back if they found a cheater in past games, and here they give you 3 russians who speak in heir language, and 1 leaves in a middle of game, that is happening evrery few games, on faceit too, thats why this game is cancer, why they dont separte russians to russian server like they did americans, australians etc...

In LoL if you say a word like ♥♥♥♥ few times you got ban for 15 day, after you do it again you are perma banned, and here you can do anything, leave game, talk all game on your language, everything

^This is how you sound. And also, VAC has literal DELAYED BAN system. They ban people after time to confuse cheaters. They won't guess what exactly caused VAC to sprung. That's how it works.
I'm not saying VAC is perfect. There is no perfect AC system in the world. But what you're saying is very funny because of how biased your opinion is. There is no fact but only assumption and feelings about it.

There are several reasons for it, they might don't have servers closer to them or countries or regions playerbase is small
