It dosent work at all
i nearly only get new profiles when playing comp on the official mm servers.
Casual for that matter and all other community servers i meet nice people as myself there also want to try there best and show themself from their best side.

This cannot be said at all about valves comp servers, it pretty much feel there only are 1 server they just wait to put you on filled with the most detarded people you ever came across on web.

Trustfactor = big pile of BS

What? That doesn't make sense. I invited randoms and got a red warning for them meaning nearby lobby doesn't separate by trust score.
That could mean that not everyone on that list has good TF or you have low TF if that method works, no idea.
How do I have low tf when I get red trust warning for others?

That simply means that the nearby lobby system doesn't separate based on trust factor.
Just be a postive player

also judging on the comments on your profile, i can see that you may have accused people of hacking. I would suggest it is better to not report players unless ur 100% sure that he is hacking. False report is likely to bring down ur trust factor (that was what i did so I am pretty sure)

I have had comments on my profile disabled for many years and this has had no affect on my Trust Factor. I have no interest in some salty man-child leaving an obscene message simply because they were having a bad day.

I doubt it. Why would Valve disencourage reporting suspect players. They've got VACnet and Overwatch to judge whether someone is cheating or not, so a false report doesn't hurt.

Repeatedly reporting others over time will likely have an affect on your Trust, and very much in the same way as a continuous wrong Overwatch verdict has on your OW score.
i dont really like trust factor tbh, cuz i always get red tf after not playin this game for a few weeks

I doubt it. I don't see any reason why it should, since "false" reports have no negative impacts whatsoever, even in cases of mass reportings. But then, only Valve knows and they don't tell.

If you continuously report others, simply for the sake of being salty, why wouldn't it? This is toxic behaviour.

How is it toxic? No one sees who you report besides yourself and spammed reports for the sake of it don't have any effects in any case.

If you are struggling to understand, I think anything further is simply wasting my time :awkward:

I am not struggling to understand, I just don't share your opinion. Anyway, I guess we'll have to agree to disagree.

Toxic behaviour doesn't have to be visible or verbal. Continuous reporting of player after player, simply because they were better than you and not for reasons of cheating, is toxic behaviour.
