csgo skin mod replacments
if i install a csgo skin replacement for bots only, can i join a comp game without unistalling or validating?

No you will have to restart the game and clear non standard models

no, as in downloading from a website to replace default skins to only use against bots

Yes normally. Some servers are designed as malware delivery vehicles and can inject exploits into your game. You can lose your steam account through these so never connect to a non VAC secured server
