Faceit subscription worth it?
if it is, is premium worth over just csgo subscription, for only playing csgo?

Faceit CSGO is worth it but still not perfect for SoloQ. Take a look at ECL if you playing Solo.

It depends how much and how serious you play. When you plan to play a lot, might even have some friends and have the goal to get better and get a high level then it's worth it.
