When does CSS2 come out?

You mean source2? Who knows. Some parts are implemented but just very minor things.

CS source 2 will never come, csgo is basically cs source 2.

A full new cs title isn't required, maybe in 5 years.

CSS 2 was released in May 1998, however nowadays is recommended using the newer Cascading Style Sheets 3 over the older 2nd version.

I think csgo is enough, the graphic here is still fine, i dont need a new css2, just hope that valve would fix their anti cheat
