is FACEIT toxic?

been trying to rank up in cs for a while now but its frustratingly hard since ever other game has someone whos level 2 on steam with csgo as there only game gets que'd against me. I have considered just switching to Faceit(but then again I highly doubt there are not any smurfs in faceit) but the one and only experience I have had with Faceit was when I played once and it was like super duper toxic. Two questions: Is faceit normally toxic or did I just get into a bad match, and also what should I do from here on out? switch to faceit, or just keep grinding forever Intell eventually I get beat smurfs?

Only toxic kids there are. They wanna be "cyber-sportsmens" like their idol which make them wet.

Faceit sucks if you use the free version since people flame you for that reason alone.
However, the main issue i have with faceit is their refusal to make a linux anti cheat. Until then I cant use it since my account is apparently "suspicious"

Faceit has better gameplay and more try hards. I have seen so many 1v3 or 1v4 clutches, it blow away mind.

But sadly there are many toxic players too. Pls add friends and play with them.
