Define long range as none of them are any good at it due to the dmg drop. So maybe p90 because of 50 bullets, but you should be dead before you even fire 10 from that range

to me any SMG can be done with 3 shot burst.

p90 also can.

at one time, i was using p90 and was able to HS an enemy who is using awp at very long range through 3 shot burst fire while moving around to avoid him sniping me at same time.

all you need to do is to "tap and tap and tap" your fire button.

I do not care about situational or not, you said you shouldn't spray with any weapon on long range but on all maps the 'longest ranges' are perfectly fine for spraying with rifles, no need to come up with situations in which you do or do not spray.

Maybe you should go watch some more pros then, or some global elites games, we spray all the time at longer ranges, just not the full 20-30 bullets. M4/AK is perfectly capable of that.

CS:GO Pros in ESports will go do 3 shot burst using SMG and Assault Rifles at "long range to very long range".
