Cheaters heaven

I have been playing this game about 1 year. Why the hell this game includes so many cheaters ?

" go play Dust2 " Dunno why, but allways you lose 15-0. It's like karma :) Reported and nothing happened. I have even friended some hackers( aimbot) and reported them. Nothing still happends. Have been playing whit hackers at same site ( reported them too ) nothing happends. They still play the game.

The cheaters are a feature of the game. It is about time we all figured that out. The only way people get banned for cheating is if they are so dumb that they use cheats that are already VAC detected, or they are so mad they pretty much go full spinbot. Other than that they skate on by.
