Ive had both and honestly both looks great, i think a low float ft point disaray better but if the float is not so good go for a phantom

I'd say Disarray. The Phantom Disruptor is also fairly new so you can't expect any price increase any time soon. The Disarray can actually even bring you some profit at some point. And it also looks nicer in my opinion.
