How To Increase FPS In CSGO
1.Right click on csgo in your steam library and click at properties go to ur launch options and paste this .
-high -noforce -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspd -noforcercemspd -nojoy -novid -noheap -nod3d9ex -noaafonts +exec autoexec -threads 2 -cpuCount=2 -exThreads=1

2.Lowering ur settings + resolution <----------------------pretty obvious tbh

3.Some of u may already watch LowSpecGamer's video on this topic but sometimes its not making my game playable and he said he recommended 2 config files so test these config out and check which one is better for ur pc

LowSpecGamer's Config = http://pastebin.com/Wjwdjwv3 : ATTENTION!! FOR ME THIS CONFIG GIVES ME MORE FPS BUT I SUFFER FROM MICRO-STUTTERING

FPS config recommended by his viewers = http://gamebanana.com/scripts/8983 THIS CONFIG MAY NOT GIVE ME MUCH FRAMES BUT IT MAKE IT STABLE SO NO FPS DROPS (accept in too many smokes) But u may need to adjust the config a bit and change the command "fps_max 0 to fps_max 60" before u start the game because this config make maps a lot longer to load

3.Update ur driver

Intel Graphics: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html
AMD: support.amd.com/en-us/download/auto-detect-tool
Nvidia: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/Scan.aspx

4.Change your power settings to "High Performance"

5.Change "advanced system settings"

click on ur start menu and search for "advanced system settings" then click on view advanced system settings

click on the "Advanced" tab and click settings on Performance

in the Visual Affects click on "Adjust for best performance" then click apply and done

I Tried this on my old Intel Celeron 1007u and this is what i got

Play On Dust 2 Comp Online: 32 min,56 avg,and 72 Max

im still gonna edit this if I found any other methods

"HOPE" u liked this post and Happy Gaming :D

You're better off making a guide instead of a thread.

There is no point to type "freq 77" it would force the monitor to run on higher/lower refresh rate than it should, Not recommended at all
-console - also pretty useless when you go to the Game settings and enable it from there
-processheap - Useful for CS1.6, But completely useless for CS GO today
-noipx - What the hell? IPX protocol support is already removed on Windows Vista and newer and CS GO does not use this anymore

But some of the commands are indeed can help with Low End GPUs and very weak CPUs

-freq 77 is not good i play with 240hz (-freq 240),

do you know what threads are?
https://ark.intel.com/products/97129/Intel-Core-i7-7700K-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-4_50-GHz

like that processor has 8 threads.
