CSGO Sharpness
A friend of mine and I have the same settings but his game looks way sharper. (Can see heads easier in the distance)

Is there any way to increase the sharpness?

increase resolution? your friend has a better graphics card/monitor.

Resolution is at 1920 just like he has it. And I have a GTX 1070 and he a GTX 970 or lower

Is your display also same?
Monitor also have some option, like sharpness, AMA, that also affects.

Maybe you have fxaa via Nvidia control center enabled....
