FPS Drop When Playing Stretched Resolution, Help!
Normally I get 130 or more fps CONSISTANTLY when playing normal resolution, but when I play stretched my fps randomly just drops to 30 fps or 50 fps and then goes back to 130 fps when I'm standing still, how do I fix this?

It would help if you listed the resolution you play at and your specs, your graphics settings as well.

Have you tried running the cs benchmark found on the workshop? Its not the most accurate but its good for comparing.

See what you get at youre native resolution then at the stretch resolution you play at.

Also ensure no applications are running in the background, 8gb is just enough but you might find chrome will use a lot of ram and cpu usage.

You play with motion blur on? Thats a first, i recommend turning it off. Also try having everything off including msaa you might find you get more frames.

ok thx, but that doesnt really explain my fps drops

It could be anything, thermal throttlng, lack of cpu and ram available due to other applications using it. Run the benchmark at both resolutions and tell me what fps you get.
