You can change your mouse and zoom sensitivity in the settings.
Under Keyboard & Mouse section.

Try enabling raw input so it's true 1 to 1 mouse movement. Go in CS 1.6, open console and type sensitivity, whatever number pops up after the word sensitivity is your CS 1.6 sensitivity. Remember this and open CS:GO, then open up console and type sensitivity followed by whatever your CS 1.6 sensitivity was and then press enter. You can also open mouse in windows settings by pressing the windows button, typing mouse and pressing enter. Then click additional mouse options in the top right, on the window that pops up click on the pointer options tab. From there uncheck enhance pointer precision, which disables windows mouse acceleration, keeping your mouse input true 1 to 1. Hope this helps :insincere_health:

Do you have raw input set to 'ON' in the settings?
Else you will have to tinker around with DPI and/or eDPI to get smoother movement. That is specific to your mouse.
