Am I going to get Banned?
So basically I was playing a game of csgo with my friend on a discord call and he was dead and was able to spectate the other players as it was casual and he told me there was someone to my left, so of course I listened and kill him with the awp, later the person kept on accusing me of wall hacking and reported me, It worries me that Im going to get any sort of ban as I didnt do anything wrong I was simply listening to my friends callouts

no

It’s casual. There is no such thing as overwatch there and since you weren’t actually cheating, you won’t get banned

There is no overwatch for casual so no, you don't get banned. But what you were doing with your friend is called ghosting and is bad behaviour, don't do it.

You wont get banned, but if you continue to do so you will get a bad trust factor lol.. because all the reports will make ur trust factor red and then you will only play against cheaters on MM rip acc

If it would be considered as bad behaviour, I really doubt it would still exist as a feature. Unethical - maybe. But nothing wrong with it, if the game lets you do it without tampering anything.

No, you won't because you aren't using hacks, but you are a kind of piece of ♥♥♥♥ for doing anti-game to play the game. I mean, dead people shouldn't suppose to give info about enemies, even so THE GAME doesn't allow dead people to communicate with alive ones... So, in the end, NO, you won't be banned, but you deserve be kicked off because of this toxic action.

If we want to get really, really nitpicky, you can’t talk to your teammates if you’re dead in casual, but you’re using a third party software (discord) to do so anyway. So it’s technically cheating.

You don't get it. Ghosting isn't bannable (beside when you do it against streamer when playing faceit etc.) but it's anti social and pathetic.

There is not any overwatch admin in casual games and reports just make your trust factor lower.
Heisenburger May 3, 2020 @ 3:27pm
Is there a way to increase my trust factor? Does it happen from playing the game or can it not be increase?
