“Navi Free Case” Scam?

Today I received 3 messages from different people on my friends list, all of which was worded the same exact way with a link attached. Is this a scam or an actual giveaway or something? Thank you.

It's a known scam, sounds like those 3 friends fell for it and lost their accounts.

if you have to ask, and it's a link sent to you in dms or written on your profile. IT'S A SCAM.
if you would go through forums you will see ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for all sort of posts and they are scam as well and to avoid this never log in to or click on any links sent you by unknown ppl

If he lost his access to his acc compeletly you can contact steam support.

but any lost items wont be returned and any bans he might have gotten are permanent
