Can't buy keys in game

So I'm getting this error when I try to purchase keys, before you ask, yes I do have the required funds in my steam wallet. Steam support refuses to answer my tickets.

Does anybody have a fix for this?

I sent an issue 2 weeks ago cause I thought I was forum banned (turned out I hit the daily post limit) took less then 48 hours for a reply. Which is normal for most other support places.

because this situation makes me toxic, it's 3rd day since I added funds to my wallet and I still can't purchase the keys

Hi, I know this is a long time after this has been posted but since CS2 came out, I had the same problem, and I fixed the problem by uninstalling steam (kept the steamapps folder to keep the data) and reinstalled it.

bruh this post from 2020, a fix would be I believe turning down MSAA idk, it makes the Steam overlay laggy or something
