Can't buy keys in game

So I'm getting this error when I try to purchase keys, before you ask, yes I do have the required funds in my steam wallet. Steam support refuses to answer my tickets.

Does anybody have a fix for this?

You don't have to download the game again:

Theres a handy feature called backup/restore games. You made a backup of csgo using this uninstall it (save any and all configs) Install using backup and if theres anything missing steam will get those it takes like 10 minutes.

well you know steam support is delayed right ? they tell you on the steam support page that due to the pandemic reply time may vary so wait and be patient its not like you are in a hurry to loose money anyway right ?
