VAC ban for skin changer?

because you are stealing from valve

cs exists bc valve can make a profit of ppl selling skins and opening cases. Allowing skinchangers would make them lose revenue. Thats why they are banned.

Also VAC doesnt check what the cheat does it just detects if something messes witch the game files
