You can't get rid of those.
There are exceptions tho, for example Dota 2 items (e.g. Arcanas) or TF2 items (e.g. mann co. keys), items from those games will not have trade holds and are used by a lot of traders atm because of this.
As far as i remember,dota 2 put the 7 day trade hold way before csgo did
And well,tf2 items for now doesnt have trade holds but i bet they will
Which is why everyone switched to them after the key update in CS:GO.
I don't know if that also applies to all other Dota 2 items though but I might be wrong.
