high ping in mm low ping on faceit

So I live in Indonesia,
there's 4 valve matchmaking server i can play
- India East
- Asia 1 & Asia 2 ( Singapore )
- and HongKong server
I got 60+ ping ( sometimes jump to 400 ping )

Meanwhile on FACEIT SEA Region
i got 20-40 ping


SO SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN WHATS GOING ON

type in consolle mm_dedicated_server_maxping 100 (or a command similar to that, just type mm_dedicated and follow the suggestions)

That commands has a value from 0 to 350 where it automatically selects the lower 0 to the higher 350 potential mm servers
