Microsoft DirectX for CSGO not working

i am on windows 10 and have updated everything I can. I have verified the game files and it tried to install directX but after about 1-2 mins it just quits and the game doesnt launch. When I went into the files and tried to install directX it installed but still failed to launch the game. DirectX workes on everyother game i have but wont work on csgo only. Ive set the game to launch in admin mode too. Im kinda lost here hoping for some help. Thanks guys

I've been having the same issue for months. valve just doesn't care.
