Always top/second frag but still lose
I'm literally second/top frag with about 20 or more kills every single game but end up losing.
I call info, i speak positive things to my team, encourage them and have fun with them but all for nothing. I practice my aim every day and nades. I have 50% hs rate and +1 kdr in faceit. I can prove everything above if questioned.

There's just no way to win games for me. Yes i soloq because i have no friends but still consistently top fragging and headshotting the enemy.

I don't really know what to do at this point. Bouncing between mg2-mge but sometimes queing with my lem friend and just destroying the enemy. Maybe its just because i soloq always because no one plays as much as i do..

20 kills is nothing special, the game have atleast 16 rounds and if you got outplayed 16-0 you barely got above 1kill per round, im guessing that your games end in something like 16-10 making you get less than 1 kill per round meaning you are in whatever rank you deserve

Just ask for other players to queue up with you in the forum, find a team on reddit or whatever i know and you will get out of mge. Or just try out Faceit and try to make friends there.

Perfectly put. Unless you're putting out a high ADR and have good gamesense then you might deserve a better rank but just fragging isn't the whole point of the game. It ain't a TDM, there's still an objective and if you fail at that (because you're losing the game) then perhaps you need to refine your tactics instead of frag hunting.

Post your faceit and i'll take a look. It may be all good and all that you are playing with your LEM friends and holding up but tbh that isn't anything special.

So as someone who was Global for about 3 years (before and after the rank update), I gotta disagree here somewhat.

20 kills per game isn't special with a decent team. If your team can hold their weight (15 kills averagely) then you really aren't playing well enough to go into another rank if you are solo Q'ing.

20 kills averagely if your team has one other player around 20, and the rest are sub 10, yeah your problem is randoms.

How do I solve this problem (I solo Q mostly as well)?
I play maps I can solo carry on, or maps I can retake vs most teams. IE D2 and Inferno. I can solo win T side Inferno with good plays out of boiler/mid, and D2 with a single flash long I can change the outcome of rounds.

So OP, my suggestion is:
1) Play maps only that you can solo change the outcome of a game to a win. So reccomended Inferno and Dust2. Sure for some that is boring, but if you want to win, that's what you have to do. No other maps are sided more towards pug tactics and impact frags than those two maps.
2) Try to use forums/reddit/this thread to meet people to play in a party with who can at least make calls, and do not throw rounds.

I know your pain though. I average about 30 kills per game now (Rank decayed to DMG from Global) and the rest of my teams soloQ normally have 1 guy with 20 frags, 1 around 10, and 2 below 10. It makes the games hard to win, unless I play to my strengths which is peeking and winning fights in aggressive angles on T side.

Well, it's early days so it's too inconsistent to deduce anything. Just control the factors you can control that help your chances of winning. That being: playing with friends, picking the map, improving your individual skill and your own mindset. If you're truly dedicated that is.
i think ill just fking stop playing because i have no friends to play with so its useless to even try..
