Bot IQ , language options , translating game to Balkan countries

Hello valve . Because i see that is possible to change language in csgo so i got idea to make new section in csgo in game options where you can select game language.
And i want to translate csgo ( 100% correct ) on Balkan language ( Bosnian , Serbian , Croatian , Montenegrin ) all of this countries speak same language .
So when i translate game you can add that language like Balkan or Bosnian , because im from Bosnia .
And when i send file with translated game you add that language in language options please if you can mention that i translate game .

And i have more ideas which you can add into game

Like if the bot finds a better rifle on the floor than it is currently using, it should pick it up and use it

if you like these ideas about translating and adding ideas about bots answer me.
And confirm about this translation, send me a file that I will take and translate into Balkan
