Vertical Lines appear on my screen only when playing competitive.

I started playing CSGO as if recently and begun to play competitive matches but I realized that vertical lines would appear when moving my camera, I tried to lower my fps to 60 since my monitor is 60 hz and nothing changed. The weirdest part is the lines only appear when I play competitive and when spectating others in competitive I don't see the lines when they move there camera. I tried using the triple buffer but It hadn't fixed the problem. I can't really continue to try and trouble shoot the problem since it would require me to play a competitive match and I don't want to be a dead weight to my team. So I was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

When these lines are greenish then it might be graphics card that has a defect, but then this problem would also happen in other games ...

They're not greenish and only appear when I move my camera, And then slowly disapere when I stop moving my camera

Interesting. I have kind of the same problem but with 3 thin horizontal lines on my screen. They go away when I set my screen to 60hz instead of 144. But ... thats not really a fix is it.
Make sure your gpu is still plugged in correctly.

Just a hunch, but try switching up your monitor and see if it fixes the problem

Seems kinda hardware malfunction there.
