One shot kill command?

I host servers with my friends where we try stuff together and have fun with commands, so I had an idea where we can select a weapon (pistol, SMG, rifles except snipers,and negav) where we have only 1 bullet in the magazine but that one bullet does 100% damage? is there any commands that can do such things or is there any way i can do a workshop with these options?

Yes, there are commands that multiplies damage, I don't know about the 1 bullet one. Copy and paste this in console, you don't need sv_cheats enabled.
