It's a new account, of course it has low trust. Why would CSGO match a brand new account with accounts with hundreds or thousands of matches played?

Maybe try playing more casual rather than jumping right into comp? Play other games on your steam account even other free ones? Get more online friends added to your steam profile?

Everything publicly known...

1. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive - Trust Factor Matchmaking

3.

Trust doesn't decay like MMR does. You should come play some matches.

We are still working on vacnet and Trust. We are aware there have been some negative experiences with Trust lately and are working on identifying and fixing the issue.

5. And don't forget this...

Steam Trust: The technology behind Trusted Matchmaking on CS:GO is getting an upgrade and will become a full Steam feature that will be available to all games. This means you'll have more information that you can use to help determine how likely a player is a cheater or not.

6. And this last bit...

Steam Trust - Trust (the tech behind Trust Factor Matchmaking in CS:GO) shipped in a closed beta to several partners last year and is being rolled out to all partners later this year.

If you want a normal tf on a new account do this:
1) spoof MAC and storage serial ( valve checks this )
2) Do not use your own payment type, use steam gift cards for example
3) do not use same email, phone nr etc etc what links to your other account.

Valve checks the acquired data and checks for other accounts matching those, therefore you will end up with lower TF if you already have an account with lower TF.

Valve tracks multiple accounts. If you have one account with a bad trustfactor and you don't cleanly register and use another account, it will have a bad trustfactor too.
