If its a problem just disable it from the geforce experience program
Can i ask you something have you been in the "Control Panel\System and Security\System" then "Advanced system settings", Advanced tab, performance tab, settings and change the visual effects?
No sorry just a windows 7 thing you dont have that so
We can try one thing but it will take a while and maybe a bit hard to do it but i think it will fix the problem
1. Go to Control Panel\System and Security\System
2. Press "advanced system settings"
3. Performance tab then settings
4. Press Adjust for best performance then press apply
5. Go back to geforce exerience and turn of in-game overlay then turn it back on
6. Test and see if that fixed the problem
Other way its to ddu meaning display driver uninstall and uninstall geforce experence to reset the drivers and see if thats the problem
