How do I Disable VAC

No, I am not installing any hacks of some sort, I am working on a video and I need Skin Changer for it, How do I disable VAC just to make sure I don't get Vacced.

You can't, VAC HAS TO see what you are doing on the game. Skin changer will most likely get you VAC Banned (I heard). Don't risk it.

Yes you can.. if you put -insecure in launch options or launch game directly from .exe file not through Steam you get message that VAC is inactive...

Those servers has maps like D2, Mirage etc, I need the Skin Changer because I am using it in a Screenshot map.

offline is still VAC secured.. if it's non VAC secured server you can activate all spinbots and not get banned

there are many servers not protected by vac where hacking is allowed
