Multisampling anti aliasing mode issue

Hey guys. When i start cs go i have to go always to video settings and change multisampling anti aliasing mode to any option because if i dont do that is very laggy and mouse moving slowly. I can not figure out what is happening. Can anyone help? I tried a lot of options
Also when i get in game after i change multisampling , casual game not competitive , i can not choose team or do anything i have to quit and join another game or until the map changes.
