What is your hand placement on your keyboard?

So the way I started off playing video games on the computer was index finger on W, middle finger on A, and thumb switch from Shift, D, and Space (I know it's really abnormal). I found that using this hand placement in other games didn't bother me at all, but playing CS:GO is another story. Bunny hopping and strafing is harder for me since I can't press A and D fast enough, since I'm pressing D with my thumb. I am considering changing my hand placement to the norm (middle finger on W, index D, ring finger A, and pinky Shift/Ctrl. What is your hand placement? And should I change mine?

I'm terrible at moving using a keyboard so I use the left side of a controller for movement in all directions/speeds, crouch & jump; all using 2 digits.
I then use a mouse for my aim :-)

If I make the switch to a keyboard type set up it'd have to be something like one of those logitech g13 or razer orbweaver type things for my left hand.

You know the laptop knee cushions you can buy? If you search belkin laptop cushion I use the left half to rest the controller on & my hand, & the right side is hard mouse mat. :-)
I've only recently switched from a full controller set up to mouse/controller. I just can't get used to the keyboard.

Such as what? I can move in multiple directions very easily using the stick. I can also go at different speeds (I use headphones so I know the speed needed to go to make no noise). I just hold it in to crouch. Jump (which is set to the left shoulder button; LB/L1 ) is easy to press plus a jump crouch is simply tap L1 & hold L3.
All my weapon/grenades/use are set on the mouse, plus bring out knife etc
