Basically you select the item you want back in your inventory on the website and withdraw it
Dann musst du einfach mal einen dieser Buttons anklicken und den Support bitten deinen letzten Einkauf zu überprüfen. Das macht dann ein Mitarbeiter manuell, und wird dir dann antworten wenn er dir Items gefixt hat.

Take a look at the items in your OPSkins inventory. If there was some kind of error with Steam you might see a "contact support" button at the items.
Just click one of these and ask the support to check your recent purchases. They will reply back to you once they fixed the items.

Was steht bei den Items bei? "awaiting pickup" oder dergleichen? wenn da "returned" steht dann wurde es an dich zurück geschickt, und wenn da "sold" steht wurds halt verkauft.
