Discussion: Should The AK-47 Be Nerfed?

I personally think that the AK-47 should be nerfed to be more similar to the M4A4, or the M4A4 should be buffed. Essentially, I think that something should happen where something competes better with the AK-47. The M4 can't even get a 1-shot headshot while the AK can. I find this a design flaw. Nobody cares about recoil when you can click once, not get effected by recoil, and kill the enemy with a single shot.

And before you say: "Oh well you only have 40 hours! Your argument is invalid!" I want to point out that no other FPS game that I ever played contains a fully-automatic weapon that can get a one-shot headshot. I don't play just Call of Duty. I play TF2, Halo, hell, I've even dabbled into a few indie games! Like Murder Miners. None of these contain a full-auto weapon that's a one-shot headshot.

So what's your opinion on this subject? Should the AK-47 be nerfed in the way I suggested? Should it even be nerfed? Just rember to be mature about this and actually give some logical input to the conversation.

Also, Saitima, don't bother trying to insult me. I've clearly stated counter-arguments to your only point; I don't have that many hours on it.

If you're comparing the m4 to the ak, the m4 doesn't need a buff. The m4 has always been this way and the game has been fine, it actually deals slightly more damage in some situations than previous cs games.

The ak shouldnt be nerfed. The m4 should just be buffed a bit. Like giving it one-shot kill potential on close-to-medium range. Because this is ridiculous.

no lol its high risk high reward, a weapon that takes practice and skill to make useful, thats how it should be. But the m4 should be able to get 1 hit headshots when theenemy is wearing a helmet from atleast close range

nerf ak well just use the sg553 or how ever that hing is called it has a 100%armour penetration making it a 1 hit headshot aswell + it has ascope

You call that counter arguments? Its about csgo and you don't have much experience in this game. You would know the ak is balanced if you really played this game alot. It's all balanced and there is nothing wrong with the gun. Come back with real arguments because you can't really compare csgo to those games.
