How to Inspect Weapon and Stop it from Moving?

So i Saw in some videos that people were inspecting there weapons and mid way while inspecting the animation stopped. So how do you do that? :D

idk if it what you mean. but with 'F' 'R' spam you start the animation again.
F = inspect
R= reload
