I think they updated their TOS or something so it cant be used in there
As far as i remember, you have to provide a picture of yourself holding your ID card, and you must provide a link to your social media account (Facebook, Linkedin etc.)
I wouldn't be using it either if it didn't have paypal as an option to add funds.
