Would love to see your testing procedure that allows this guy to consistently hit those shots at those rates every time.
Sounds like flawed testing by a non-pro player. 240 hz doesn't make that much difference. That's just deviation.
Main thing is that u get to see things in a MORE fluid way . And that doors was an example where u get the idea . There is a similar video by Linus Tech Tips showcasing the same . And those r all tested via high grade equipmemts n pros r invited there . Eg. Shroud was there . Watch that if u dont trust strangers on steam.
I watched the LTT video before, and obviously there is a reason that Pros use the best hardware--240 hz in this current climate. They can afford it and it's expected. That doesn't mean that some faceit guy can hit shots more often unless the guy mid is exactly replicating the same jump across mid each time.
It has to be a closed experiment for this to be relevant data--ie he has to know exactly when the guy is going to peek doors, and at what position it will occur each time.
This still doesn't help the human factor, and since your friend isn't a professional awper, their aim is probably not good enough to hit cross 8/10 times anyways, much less use that to justify someone paying 500$ or more for a 1ms 240hz monitor when its not required, least of all on 64 tick MM.
Remember, these people testing are awful at CS:GO and hit 9/10 shots mid aside from the pros they have. Linus, his friend, and Paul are not fast at reacting (see Linus dropping stuff all the time or his other tests)
Also some flicks r easier as u get more precise feedback of oppponents movement .
I have stated all the pros , I didn't say anyting about price coz ofc its expensive . Thats why earlier I said not worth the price IF u not a frequent high ranked player . Else its worth it .
this old thing
"are eyes are used to 60 hz"
"the human eye can only see 24 frames"
yeah the more hz the better because there are more frames that are showing up on your screen
If you are playing just Csgo, and you are better player, it is worth it.
If you are casual player, 144Hz is enough... QHD+144Hz better.
1ms response time has been available for a while now. But what's the point if more than half are being dropped because it can't actually be drawn 1000 times per second?
1ms frames are possible to see, so bring it already! Quit teasing us with the baby steps already tech companies!
