Can u use macros in Faceit?

I made a macro so i can use jump on 2 buttons instead of 1 if i need to react quick (mouse 3& spacebaar)

i've just replaced my old hdd with an ssd and when i installed the ac again i became a warning that recoil macros/scripts can be banned, but is it the same with the jump double bind? since it basiclly is a marco

Well wouldnt call it an bonus edge or anything, its just double bind to get used to my new key
i dun even now why u cant double bind stuffs in the game it self, but eh.. CS:gabenoffensive

Anything you can bind via console commands / config.cfg is allowed.
Nearly every player on earth has jump on spacebar AND mousewheel down/up.

You won't get banned for that nor any other binds like buyscripts, jumpthrows or any other sort of alias commands.

What faceit means with that warning is that any external software is bannable. Autobhop, rapidfire mode etc., that all doesn't work via console commands / config.cfg but mousesoftware/driver /external programs.

Macros arent allowed. But you can use simple binds for that. Dont use macros.

i think the question is about, if he can use his keyboard driver, to macro multiple inputs on a single button, which technically is a third party program

im wondering the same, due to having a macro in a different game, being scared to forget to remove it before starting steam games xd

ps: some ways to jumpthrow are banned, some are allowed.
by example: jumpthrow bind on 1 button to press multibutton is not allowed, while different binds are

I double binded my jump button. A lot of people have done too so that bunny hopping is easier.

Bro you can bind keyboard button into ur mouse... i have keybound use and jump and reload and weapon drop in my mouse buttons i can also press button in keyboard... i dont know if its unfair then go buy gaming mouse because its feature in razer synapse for example

You said recoil macros. That's bannable. But double bind jump isn't.

I had x-mouse button control too which i used with my old mouse to rebind mouse buttons and i doubt its on any blacklist too and i can tell razer synapse is much more advanced program...

So.. to clear up somethings.. the question was if I can use the bind I made with my Steelseries mice, that mouse 3 is also Spacebaar.
Technically it's an macro all though it does not execute it multibale times or something just a Second spacebaar.

The question was if I could use it in Faceit, since it's not giving me an huge/no advantage.
But I think u cant double bind keys like jump on 2 buttons instead of 1.

You are not gonna get VAC banned by macros, even if you are using autobhop macros (like Autojump on Logitech G Hub), you can get Overwatched only if people notice it (if you abuse of it like doing 30 bhops in a row)

Its risky, just use the built in binds for that

Again it's not a bhop macro, it's not executing multiple times.
It's just like a 2nd space.
