Hacker shut down server?

I was playing match making and we were all calling out this new acc guy he was obviously cheating in high trust Mm, anyway he done a real obvious wall bang on me on Infernos short from apps belk, AWP headshot wallbang so he dident care anymore and after that round it said in the top right 24 secs until disconnect, but my internet was working fine and I went to re connect it lets me search for a new comp or connect to community servers but wont let me rejoin the game I was in, the game is not on my recent matches, none of my teammates on the recent teammates tab. Is this new thing valve trying or something? shut down servers with hacker? Or did the hacker somehow turn off the server?

You can shut down the server with cheats now, that's how the cheater did it.

no, it is back, one guy rage hacked and got 64 kills , 0 death, and 133 points. Then he crashed the server and got the win. I can't even download the demo.

they did, but there's always a vulnerability that can be exploited, I don't exactly know how these exploits work, so I'm just guessing.

This is new to me, they can crash servers ? lmao !!!
And so far i thought the worst is matrix-style, i shot in them a full magazine and no damage, yet blood spills with buckets.

Had a match like this today where we were going 8-0 against enemy team, and suddenly their bottom frag starts landing kills, not missing once, always in the right spot. So we played even harder, and a second guy on their team turned it on. Then 2 guys on my team turned on whatever they had. We were neck and neck one round ahead by the point and suddenly the server froze. The entire game froze. I force shut down CS GO, Go back in CS GO and that match is no where to be found. No option to reconnect.

10 minutes later, match shows up and we won 16-14. I guess the cheaters screwed themselves in the process of crashing the server.

Another game, 4 stack cheaters, boosting a 5th. Yeah they'll get banned, but by then how many games would be ruined and how many kids will think "Gee maybe I too should get cheats if this is what I am gonna be dealing with" ?

Catching cheats is simply not enough these days because they leave behind too much damage done.

yeah, I knew about that, don't really know any programming languages or anything to fully understand how they work.
all I know about them is that they corrupt demos, which prevents those demos being shown in overwatch

Same today for us, we had a match on inferno, we played CT first. 13-2 after half.
First round T side everything start lagging. I check the status of the servers, light to medium load, no new threads on steam about connectivity.. Everything else works fine 100%. Just that matchmaking match. If you do manage to join the one we sere suspecting is there alone, but you get the 24 timeout directly. We managed I dont know how to take 1 round. I managed to reconnect some 3 times now, last I saw it was 14 - 13.

In essence if this is truw, whenever kiddos with these cheats play it seems if they on defensive side they can just win the game. And how to detect this bs??

nope, its an actual exploit going around that lets you ♥♥♥♥ with servers in a way so you can completely freeze it (not crash it) mess with everyones ping etc

You should be able to crash the server if you lag it out for long enough. There's also an insta crash on key but it's not in the public source, you should be able to find that in the dll that was released right before the source was.
