Op, do you have any tips on how to get a team together? I've joined one or two but they fizzle out and people don't train. I've made friends on here but they seem to fade away with time too, or derank fast.

In your experience how to increase TF/tell how high or low you TF is? Also, SoloQ works pretty well for me, 4 players with mics, no toxic people

This is not my opinion but a fact that i have tested it and what affect your trust are : reports for game, cooldowns, teamdamage for game,spamming insults on people profiles and get segnaled as spam but the most important is having an alt account aka smurf. If you have one dont use it and play with people who are not toxic general or cheaters.
