So firect x has drivers and are developinhg dx13
CSGO uses dx9v3 or so

adn you have three options as renderers opengl, directx(windows OGL), Vulkan

so depending on your hardware iGPU, Nvidia, Radeon and the version of you GPU and the driver and settings you are using that GPU will either perform better or worse on said occasion
Thats all info i can give you to do your research and look in forums theyre bettter, goolgle search engine works best in this use case but theyve been de-listing and removing some sensetive sites(confidential company leaks..) so the sooner you do your research the better you'll learn to find data before it's removed
