How do I make the crosshair move less when moving?

I've found that I really like dynamic crosshairs. It gives me something interesting to focus on and make sure targets are inside of. However, when moving with a rifle, it spreads way too far, and when shooting with a weapon like the deagle, it stays spread open way after I'm ready to shoot it again.

How to I restrict the range of motion that the crosshair has, and on a second note, is there a way to make the dynamic crosshair respond instantly to my shots?

I don't mind using either Crosshair 2 or 3, or another dynamic crosshair like that

You realise the dynamic crosshair is an indicator of the accuracy you have at that moment right? Like when its still spread its because your shot is going to be very innacurate.

While Majors show a static crosshair (citation needed), I still seriously recommend against this. For new or veteran players, it's useful to know the potential spread of a weapon. Changing your crosshair to static won't show you that information, nor reduce spread.
