Why such rank disproportion? Should I look at it as Im poor team player, but better alone?

I was Silver 4, but deranked due to inactivity.

Simple. Csgo is a team game. In mm there is alot of reason why your team lose the match.
-Teamates buy anytime/anything
-Teamates dont callout
-Teamates peek for no reason
-teamates dont wait each other for retake. Etc.

Well tbh you should not care much about your mm ranks since people do what they want.

The day you will play league like esea you will see the dynamic is not the same and the difference between mm and league are huge.

Nah, most people are higher ranks in wingman than they are in matchmaking because wingman is significantly easier to play. For example i'm gn4 in matchmaking but im LE in wingman. LE in wingman is ez and everyone in it play like novas pretty much. A sem in mm can very easily be gn3/gn4 in wingman.

Wingman ranks are very broken. When I first played the game, without any knowledge of anything incl. spraying, I got placed mg1 in wingman, while gn1 in normal mm. Now I am mg2 in normal mm and gn1 in wingman after getting unranked in wingman for inactivity and then getting re-ranked.
