Should i get this gaming pc?

Not bad pc but liquid cooling for an i3??? Its not k series so you cant overclock it, save some money with that and buy another 8 GB ram

Visit a computer store and ask the sales person to build you a gaming PC instead of just buying a ready made PC. With $1000, you can get a rather good custom gaming PC.

860$ is so expensive, i didnt Saw It first time, you should pick parts and make the pc by yourself
I5-i7 8-9 th generation + mb + 2*8 ram + gtx 1660ti = ~ 850$
Power supply and case apart...you should be able to make a good pc for about 1000$
