CSGO competitive MM solo queue against 4-man parties

As we all know that a large majority of 4-man queues always place any blames on the 5th guy regardless of the situation. Let it be someone getting rekted by the enemy or maybe just themselves not able to aim properly, their mindset always tells them that it's that guy's fault.
There can even be times when the one guy is carrying as hard as he can but the other 4 just didn't want his effort to be paid off so they kick him right before they lose to greatly increase his elo loss.
Hence valve , cant you ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ include A SMALL ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ CONDITION CHECKING into your system that does not immediately make a person who got kicked lose the most points when the other 4 were queued as a party ? just rank him as if he was there till the very end and use that score as a basis so IF he indeed was very bad , then he deserves to lose more elo regardless if he was kicked , but if he had lets say 40 kills to only get kicked to lose more points than others who are the actual burdens , he should have been judged with his 80+ points against his trammates final score to see weigh the elo gain/loss.
Frankly im just mad since there'd been so many games with me carrying 4 dogs only to be kicked by them at the very end. These are times when their highest kill is not even half of mine and yet they keep MY win while i drop a rank straight away.
DONT bother telling me to just play faceit , just dont solo queue , and other obvious actions since those only avoid the issue and they dont solve the problem.
Please valve , it applies only on cases where the other 4 were queued as a party. Does not apply to all 5 being solos
*just incase if valve actually does it and the guy writing the script got lazy, check if they QUEUED as 4 in a lobby and it still counts even if one of them dc-ed , restarted their pc , or whatsoever to leave the mainmenu lobby so it looks like they only have 3 or similar cases

Well sometimes its better to have fun as a whole group so you can blend in and start winning... i mean, how many times people said to me clutch or kick when it’s totally unnecessary pressure. And sometime i would of clutch but your mind says ill feel bad if i lose than boom you lose.

This is a Legitimate Issue,dont tell him to "go play faceit" or anything because 4 man queues legitimately have too much power.
You piss ONE of them off and youre screwed,not everyone is willing to ping every single one on their friends list just because they dont wanna soloQ.
This is an easy fix,one that valve for some reason doesnt take.
Might as well not make it an option to soloQ.

It really is a problem...

Queued up with a group of 4. At least 1 of them was walling and telling everyone where the other team was (in voice) and because I called him out on it, reported him & told the other team to report him, they vote kicked me out.

I wasn't even bottom fragger or anything.

There has to be a check in place. I agree "score" could be it.
