Why in CS 1.6 there is no cheaters???

fewer people, fewer cheaters. when it was in its prime it was full of them, relax. You had to manually admin servers back then, think we had about 30 bans a day on a 32slot server.

I was playing the first version of Cs made out of Mod of Half Life(1.3 I believe it was)... there were cheaters every blue moon and they were getting banned on the spot by the servers admins.. that was clean and efficient... VAC was ♥♥♥♥ as usual.Those were good times..

To be honest, it was rather intrusive the admining back then, but it worked. One method was randomly forcing your computer to take screenshots while playing. And it would catch anyone with walls n such, you had to add people on msn or whatever and give the pictures within 2 minutes or banned. xD
